Nisha's Story
Dietologist is the ongoing story of how one woman took her passion for nutrition and diet to heal people’s daily lives’ health issues and to inspire and teach others that they can take charge of their own health blissfully, sensibly, and intuitively!

Born out of a lifelong love affair with food (and its effect on our bodies),
I started my journey as a food and nutrition postgraduate at Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2007. The more I learned about nutrition,
the more fascinated I became with how it could affect not only our physical well-being but also our mental well-being.
When this realization came to a turning point in my life, getting enrolled into a Ph.D. program was the next logical step for further exploration of scientific research on nutrition topics.
The idea of being a dietician fascinated me and, I realized, that by providing people with knowledge about what they should be eating in order to feel their best mentally/physically – I could help them!

I’m a Dietitian who has helped countless people live healthier lives through education without having to change their entire lifestyle overnight. My mission is to help people find the balance in their lives for better health. I also provide lots of open resources on my website such as recipes, healthy food swaps, fitness tips, food shopping list etc.
My passion lies in helping people reconnect them with their bodies through their dietary habits-a connection that we have lost from one generation to another due to our hectic lifestyles and fast-food culture. I believe that by educating people about what they put into themselves on a daily basis, they can achieve optimum wellness and live a more fulfilling life free of illness or disease!
