My journey of a healthy body started with Dr Nisha Singh...prior to Dr Nisha, I consulted with some other professionals but failed, as I'm a working woman and I have uncertain work and travelling schedules, so the prior diet plans given to me by other professionals, collapsed in the very first place, so my actual journey started with Dr Nisha Singh and she helped me not only to maintain a healthy body but she actually helped me to gain ideal body weight and shape without much focus on the same because she not only customised my diet plan, she guided me with very quick, easy and delicious recipes as well.
